Global Forced Displacement Hits Record High: Can the World Unite to End the Crisis?

The United Nations sounds the alarm as the number of forcibly displaced people worldwide reaches an unprecedented 114 million. UNHCR’s Mid-Year Trends Report discloses that, by the end of June 2023, 110 million people were forcibly displaced globally — an increase of 1.6 million from the previous year.
